Lime in the Coconut
Ingredients:
3 ounces Cream of Coconut
2 ounces Lime Juice
3 ounces White or Spiced Rum
1 wedge lime, for garnish
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add cream of coconut, lime juice and rum.
Shake well and pour into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with lime and enjoy.
