A complex layering of pepper, spice, cranberries and tart cherry.
This well-structured wine delivers layers of aromas - black currant, ripe cherry, cardamom, white pepper and subtle dusty earth. The layers and complexity continue with a full palate of sweet cranberry and tart cherry leading to flavors of cured meats and black peppercorn. The finish is smooth, with well-integrated tannins.
