Beautiful pale green gold color. The nose is full of finesse, slightly lemony and dominated by aromas of hawthorn and the Seringa rubber tree. A lively wine, there are white fruits on a mineral balanced palate and a little salt.
The appellation in which this wine is made allows for 3-5 grams of residual sugar, but winemaker Jean-Pascal Aubron lets his wine continue to ferment leading to zero residual sugar and dry, high acid wines.
