New world fruit, old world earth.
Bright cherries and strawberries, cocoa, eucalyptus and allspice. A core of salty minerality and freshness runs through the ripe fruit. That perfect marriage of new world fruit and old world earth that is Oregon Pinot at its finest.
Anne Sery-Martindale is the winemaker at NW Wine Co. She gets to use their custom crush facility for Trousse-Chemise. Anne is French, but learned winemaking in Oregon. The results are wines with beautiful fruit and earthy elegance. Red clay soils punch up generous fruit and iron richness. Chehalem Mountains are a sub-apellation of Willamette Valley, and the highest point in Willamette. Cool climate yields vibrant fresh fruit.
