Bright, juicy raspberries and refined minerality.
From the tiny town of Maimbray, surrounded my mountains of chalk, comes this Pinot Noir rosé. Light strawberry and cherry on the nose. On the palate, raspberry and minerality comes through in spades. Clean and crystalline. Elegant.
Started by two brothers in 1995 with little money, they have worked to grow stellar fruit and reputations. Nicholas passed away in a vineyard accident in 2007, but Pascal, his wife, and Nicholas’ wife still work the land and produce the wine.
