Artisanal herbs, fresh strawberries, and smoky minerality.
Strawberries, currants, plums and fresh herbs with smoky minerality and soft tannins. The grapes are slight dried (for about 20 days). The wine is then fermented in stainless steel where it undergoes malolactic fermentation. Hand-harvested from vines grown in volcanic soil providing a fresher, more mineral, fruit forward example of Valpolicella.
The product of high altitudes, 450m above sea level to be precise!
