A crisp summer white filled with apricots and melons.
Brilliant pale-green to the rim, the nose features a vibrant mix of white peach, apricot pit, peach and melon. Tightly bound on the attack, with extraordinary texture for a wine with its price tag, the core is very slightly kissed with sweetness, providing just enough juicy plumpness to counterbalance the firm, mineral finish.
The terroir at Les Roc des Anges vineyard has a vein of quartz running through it and so they named the estate the rock of angels.
