Red fruit with nice acidity and spice make for a great food wine.
This Willamette Valley Pinot Noir shows a particularly beautiful balance of red fruits, acidity, and tannins. There’s a confident restraint about the wine and something that pulls you back in for another glass. This wine really reveals itself if open for a few hours, which mean that it will likely improve with some time in the bottle.
Owners Dianna and Adam met while working at Neiman Marcus and fell in love over their mutual appreciation of wine. Eventually, they decided to leave their native Texas (and their jobs!) and follow their dream to make Pinot Noir in California.
