Lush and with tons of minerality and tropical flavor on the medium-bodied palate, this Sauvignon blanc is both food friendly and terrific on its own.

According to the Te Mata Estate winemakers, this bottle is closed with a ‘Diam’ cork, which eliminates any possibility of cork taint, allowing continued evolution in the bottle for up to five years from harvest.
