Wine geek extraordinaire with a passion for peaty Scotch.
New York native Amy spent her post-college years working for a tech giant in Silicon Valley before moving to Brooklyn and landing in the comedy podcast world. Two years ago, she dipped her toe into the wine industry and never looked back. In 2018, she became a Certified Sommelier with the Sommelier Society of America and partnered with the New York Adventure Club to lead regular wine tasting classes. She recently passed the Court of Master Sommelier’s Introductory Exam and will continue her Somm journey with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.
Amy has explored some famous wine regions, including Napa and Sonoma, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Loire Valley, Duoro Valley, Maipo Valley, Crete, and Tuscany. She’s also bopped around Scotland’s Islay in search of the peatiest whisky on earth.
In her spare time she sings in a pop choir and cuddles her two dogs.
