Sure, you can drink almost anything on Saint Patrick’s Day and call it a celebration, but we like to bring the festivity up a notch. So, instead of just quietly sipping Jameson or downing green beer, we’re making this cleverly-named cocktail, the “Irish Curdling Cow.” Another plus? We carry 3 of the 4 ingredients in the shop.
Irish Curdling Cow
- 3/4 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream ($17)
- 3/4 oz bourbon whiskey (we suggest: Ancient Age Kentucky Bourbon($17))
- 3/4 oz vodka (we suggest: Pearl Black Label Vodka($18))
- 2 - 3 oz orange juice
Pour the Bailey’s, vodka, and bourbon into a highball glass. Add some ice and mix in the orange juice. Do a little excited jig and drink gleefully.
