Located in Gowanus, The Green Building has dreamy mercantile appeal with exposed brick, wood beam ceilings and a ton of natural light. It’s cavernous warehouse space is wonderful for weddings and holiday parties, as well as big birthday bashes and corporate events. The space can accommodate up to 250 for a cocktail party or 160 for a sit-down dinner with room for a dance floor.

Why do we love The Green Building? It’s got a lot of charm and character on its own, but is also a blank slate in a lot of ways, allowing you to dress it up however you’d like or leave it raw.

Pro tip: The Green Building is very flexible! You can bring in all your own vendors (hint: we are good at wine- and booze-related things), except for rentals, and they only have three pretty minor rules when it comes to decor (no open flames, no confetti, and no sparklers).
