A slight chill in the spring air has us running for a nice red to warm us up! Felix Burgenland R&B is a 1L organic, low sulfite, unfined red with plenty of juicy fruit, tart acid, and little sweet spice. It pairs perfectly with cheese, pork, and beef or in a glass on its own!

Stefan Wellanschitz of Kolfolk brings us a blend of Rotburger and Blaufrankisch varietals. The Rotburger is from slate and gravel soils at the base of the Hochberg Mountain in Neckenmarkt. The Blaufrankisch comes from the town where Stefan grew up, with vines ranging from 10-35 years old grown in iron rich soils. It is fermented in stainless steel and raised in 1500-3000 large used Austrian barrels. As always there’s minimal intervention, native yeasts, no fining, and minimal sulfur.
