We love and look forward to the loud, joyous celebrations of Pride. But the parties make it easy to overlook the fact that even now it is not safe for everyone to publicly embrace their full identity.

Each June it’s a little bittersweet for us to schedule posts about the products and journeys of our LGBTQIA+ producers because not everyone feels safe being out or wants to lead with that in their marketing. Of course we find other ways to support our colleagues but we continue to fight and look forward to the day when no one needs to be brave to share their LGBTQIA+ identity when they talk about their business stories. And we hope that in the coming years, there will be so many more LGBTQIA+ producers to welcome to our industry.

Whether you celebrate Pride month as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community or an ally, we are committed to making the world a better place where everyone can be their most authentic selves. We will continue serving our community and support organizations that fight for a better, safer, happier future.
