From the winemakers at Dom de la Mongestine (Bob Singlar wines) this is a project where they are buying organic grapes and making really clean natural wine without sulfur and canning. The result is refreshingly approachable and the 250ml size is perfect for packing into a bag for the park. Don’t forget to chill!

Fresh fruit of plum and raspberry with good depth plus acid, easy to drink and not tannic. Made with two red grapes (Grenache and Carignan) that give great fruit and a bit of Vermentino for aromatics and freshness. Food friendly and would be great with fruit salads, picnic fare tacos, a red that can go up against spicy foods and be great with some fish- salmon, tuna anyone?
