Here’s how we do it:
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1½ oz grapefruit juice
- ½ oz Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur
- ¼ oz lime juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- 2½ oz soda (or to top)
- grapefruit peel for garnish
- salt for rim (optional)
- Combine all ingredients except the soda in a highball or collins glass over ice and stir.
