For hot summer weather, something about the combination of citrus and tequila makes us so happy. Last weekend, the Dipsology gals sent us a recipe for refreshing Palomas. And you know what the best part is? You can mix up a batch for a crowd. Now everyone’s happy.
The Paloma
- 2 oz Lunazul Tequila Blanco ($20)
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- Pinch of salt
- Grapefruit soda
Add ice to a shaker, then the tequila, lime juice and salt. Shake well and pour into a glass, top off with sparkling grapefruit soda.
