Summer is over and so is barbeque season. As we take our wining and dining indoors, you may be at a loss of reliable favorites to bring.
Côtes du Rhônes have long been a dinner party favorite when the menu’s shrouded in secrecy. Traditionally a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, it’s the Goldilocks of wine—neither too overpowering nor too light for most food.
This particular bottle has oven-baked black cherry, blueberries, and blackberry on the nose, warm and welcoming like fresh baked goods at nana’s house. On the palate, a medium body with vibrant acidity and soft tannins on the finish. It’s a true crowd-pleaser.
