Unlike many Beaujolais Nouveaux, this cuvée is not chaptalized, meaning no additional sugar is added during fermentation, allowing for a purer expression of the grape’s natural flavors. The wine exhibits a dark ruby color and offers structured, fleshy notes of very ripe black and red berries, providing a solid structure alongside primary fruit flavors.
