If you haven’t already been following the mixology adventures of Prairie Rose, author of Bit by a Fox blog (voted Best Cocktail Blog of 2014 by Saveur), you’re missing out. We discovered her on Twitter and pretty much immediately invited her into the shop to mix up something special. And you guys, we fell in love with her passion for all things mixology. We’re already in talks to make this a regular thing because we like hanging out with her and also she makes smart, interesting concoctions.
On Saturday, she poured her Walking on Sunshine, a glorious mixture of bourbon, prosecco and hibiscus tonic. It was brilliant. Here’s the recipe so you can make it yourself, and you can to read her blog post for a bit more insight behind the cocktail.
