We are crazy for the Lillet Rosé ($24) that just arrived as part of our new summer stock. It’s a French aperitif with berry and citrus notes. It’s lovely straight up on ice and it’s wonderful in cocktails. (Even Martha likes it!) For our part, we like to add a little bubbly for good measure. Here’s the recipe:
Rosé & Bubbles

- 2 oz Lillet Rosé ($24)
- 4 oz Veuve Ambal Cremant de Burgogne ($12)
- Orange zest
Pour the Lillet and Ambal into a shaker filled with ice, then zest in the orange. Stir until combined and everything is chilled. Strain into a champagne flute, pinky up and enjoy!
