Last Saturday Danielle, from Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur, made some delicious hot apple cider (spiked with Barrow’s of course!) for us. It was a much-needed warm up on the frigid day and we know we’ll be making more. And you can, too, because they generously shared the super simple recipe with us.
Hot Ginger Apple Cider
- 1/2 gallon of spiced cider (or regular cider and spice it yourself!)
- 750 ml bottle of Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
Heat the cider on stove until it’s hot, but not boiling. Remove it from the heat and add in the Barrow’s Ginger (sometimes we add a bit extra too!). Stir and enjoy!
