While we don’t necessarily fancy ourselves mixologists, we certainly invented a tasty new cocktail this past Saturday with our friends from Industry City Distillery and Clinton Hill Pickles. The former brought their tasty beet sugar vodka and the latter their delicious pickled beets, so we couldn’t help but make “Beetbacks.” The recipe is below; try them as an alternative to Blood Marys for your next brunch!
Beetback Shots
- 1 part pickled beet juice
- 1 part Industry Standard Vodka
Combine the beet juice and the vodka. Serve chilled to sip & savor, or shoot.
