Letizia Cesani oversees the Winery while her sister Maria Lusa oversees their tasting room and B&B. They grow several varieties of grapes, but also produce saffron, olive oil, and grappa among other things. Their farming practices are certified organic, and vineyards are at around 300m elevation, on sandy soil rich in fossils. A delightful bottle that will have everyone reaching for a 2nd glass.

Great punctuation with fruit (apple. pear), some cheese-rind quality to bring texture/umami and a bunch of herbs- thyme, mint- all coming together with a delicious rich mouthfeel but clean finish. Pairs spectacularly with cheese, chicken and fish dishes.
