Introducing… Champagne Diebolt-Vallois! This family-owned Champagne house is nestled in the charming village of Cramant in the heart of the Côte des Blancs region of Champagne, France. The winery produces a range of Champagnes, including Blanc de Blancs, Brut Tradition, and Rosé, all made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown on their estate vineyards. The wines are known for their finesse, elegance, and complexity, with a delicate balance between fruitiness and minerality. Founded in the 19th century by the Diebolt family, the winery is now run by Jacques Diebolt and his wife Nadia Vallois, who are passionate about producing high-quality Champagnes that showcase the unique terroir of the region.
Diebolt-Vallois isn’t just committed to producing exquisite Champagnes. They’re also dedicated to sustainable viticulture and winemaking practices. They’ve implemented several environmentally-friendly initiatives, such as minimizing the use of pesticides and herbicides, using natural fertilizers and cover crops to maintain soil health, and utilizing water and energy saving measures in their production processes to reduce their carbon footprint.
One of the most exquisite Champagnes from Diebolt-Vallois is the Prestige, made from Chardonnay grapes grown on the best terroirs of the Côte des Blancs region and aged for at least eight years in the cellars. It’s a classic example of the elegance and finesse that are characteristic of Champagnes made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Côte des Blancs region.
