Nestled in the Chinon appellation, renowned for producing top-quality Cabernet Francs, sits Domaine Fabrice Gasnier- a place where tradition, innovation, and respect for the environment meet to produce high-quality wines. The owner and winemaker, Fabrice Gasnier, is a fourth-generation wine producer with a passion for organic and biodynamic viticulture. All the vineyards at Domaine Fabrice Gasnier are certified organic and biodynamic. The grapes are grown naturally without any synthetic chemicals or fertilizers, promoting soil health and biodiversity.

Fabrice produces a range of red and rosé wines made exclusively from the Cabernet Franc grape. His wines are recognized for their freshness, purity of fruit, and elegance. The Domaine Fabrice Gasnier Cabernet Franc Les Graves is a wine that showcases the unique terroir of the Chinon region. Aged for 18 months in old oak barrels, it has a deep ruby color and a complex nose with aromas of black fruit, cassis, violet, and spice. It is a wine that can age gracefully and is considered one of the finest expressions of Cabernet Franc from the area.
