Pinuaga is a family vineyard now led by third-generation viticulturist, Esther Pinuaga in Castilla, Spain. The central family philosophy is:

“to make sure that our wines have a sense of place.”

Pinuaga grapes are hand-harvested and separated manually: minimalist intervention is key, allowing soil, vines, and each vintage to shine.

As one of the earliest adopters of organic winemaking in the region, Ester says:

“We made this rose wine like our grandmothers used to cook, slowly with much care and love.”
