This organic rosé comes from the Loire region of France where the Plouzeau family bought the property in 1846 but it wasn’t until 1980 when Pierre Plouzeau replanted the vineyard and started the wine production. The soil plays a very important role helping to produce a rich wine with fine and fresh tannins. The limestone and flint found in the soil create an environment for the vines to balance their water reserve and reflect the sunlight which restores the heart at night.
